This is the Speedmaster c.1045 Automatic Day/Date 'HOLY GRAIL' Dial which was fitted to OMEGA 376.0822.
These are Omega supplied service dials for the c.1045 automatic day/date movement.
This was fitted to the model stated above but will also fit the 176.012, 176.0012, 176.013, 176.0013.
