This is the Limited Edition Italian Cream Military Dial which was fitted to OMEGA 3593.20.00 of which 500 models were made.
These are Omega supplied service dials for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the 145.0818, 345.0818 Sapphire Case Back 42mm SPEEDMASTER Moon Watch case but will fit older models for example 145.022 with steel case back etc.

For example if the item is new in a sealed packet and/or has protective covers in place then it must be returned the same otherwise item is no longer new and the value is greatly reduced, these items can only be returned/refunded by agreeing a lower value with Swiss Limited Editions before returning reflecting the new lower value of the item.
