This is the Limited Edition Mitsukoshi Panda Dial which was fitted to OMEGA 3570.31.00 of which 300 models were made for the famous store in Japan. These are Omega supplied service dials for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.

This was fitted to the 145.022 42mm SPEEDMASTER Moon Watch case but will fit older models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
