This is the Bezel Click spring which fits the older Seamaster Bond 2531.80.00, 2541.80.00 models with the 082su1361 fitted. 
Also fits the Planet Ocean 42mm 2201.50.00, 2200.50.00.
These are Omega supplied service parts which fit the 41mm full size Bond Seamaster c.1120 Bezel and the 42mm Planet Ocean c.2500 Bezel.
