This is the RARE 14mm White Wedge Sweep Second Hand fitted to the c.861.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.1861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to several rare models but will fit 145.014 MKII Speedmaster case and the 145.022 Moon Watch models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
