This is the main Black Base / White Fat Hour / Minute Hands fitted to the c.861 MKII Racing 145.014.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.1861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the model stated above MKII Speedmaster case but will fit other models including the 42mm 145.022 Moon Watch back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
