This is the Limited Edition Japanese Racing Dial which was fitted to OMEGA 3570.40.00 of which 2000 models were made.

These are Brand New Omega supplied service dials for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.

This was fitted to the 145.022 42mm SPEEDMASTER Moon Watch case but will fit older models back to CK2915 CK2998 etc.
