This is the Speedmaster Orange / White Handset fitted to the MK II 145.014 Racing Dial.

These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.

This was fitted to the model stated above 42mm Moon Watch case but will fit all other models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
