This is the Mark II Black Dial which was fitted to OMEGA 145.014, 145.034.
These are Omega supplied service dials for the c.861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the model stated above but will also fit the Racing Mark II model if you want to modify it into the standard version.
