This is the Steel Leaf Design Sub Dial Minute Hand to replace the hands fitted on the CK2915-1 models. They are the hands fitted to the Broad Arrow Re-addition 145.0222.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the model stated above Moon Watch but will fit other models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
