This is the Silver Main SWEEP SECOND hand with RED tip fitted to the Limited Edition APOLLO /SOYUZ Dial.

These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.

This was fitted to the models stated above 42mm Moon Watch case but will fit older models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
