This is the Speedmaster Orange Sub Dial Second Hand fitted to the Soccer Chrono 145.019 145.020.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the model stated above but will fit MKII Speedmaster and Moon Watch models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
