This is the White Stick Second Hand to replace the hand fitted on some CK2915-2 and some CK2998. It is the hand fitted to the Latest FOIS First Omega in Space.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.1861 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement c.1863 c.861 c.863 c.321.
This was fitted to the model stated above FOIS Moon Watch but will fit other models back to the CK2915 CK2998 105.003 etc.
